There is a boy called Finn
Went to the sea to swim
He went with his friend Molly
They ran and they played
Had fun and were jolly
They made such a din
Went too close to the water
Where they both fell in
The laughter rang out
As they splashed all about
A friendship for life
Of that there’s no doubt
Molly and Finn
The joy on their faces
A sight you should see
As they played on the sand
Both so full of glee
When the day it was over
Their hearts gave a huge tug
So they said their goodbyes
Gave each other a hug
Mama and Dad said –
You’ll see each other later
We promise you’ll see
Then Molly and Finn
Went home for their tea
