Sport and Fitness 

Sport is such

A real thing

I was told

Time and –

Time again

In order to be –


You simply –

Have to train

Uttering the-

Common mantra

Drive on-

No pain

No gain

Work through

All of the strains

Go forward

Never back

When you fall

Don’t stay down

Get right up

Fight back

Get on track

Refuse to lose

Of course-

The other choice-

To avoid the pain

Is simply don’t –

Get involved

Forget the gains
