When I was so much younger
Than I am today
I believed the greatest danger
To love
Was it being replaced by hate
Now that I am older
I’ve come realise
That I was wrong
And I cannot disguise
The greatest danger facing man
Is not hate replacing love
But the indifference of mankind
Indifference to the suffering
To the anguish and the pain
That hate brings to many
Leaving humanity with a stain
A stain of callousness and cruelty
Upon the human race
So let’s abandon indifference
Let’s abandon hate
And in its place let’s all decided
To replace them both with love
